Please note that withdrawal methods have different rules than deposit methods, and if you do not follow them, you may not be able to withdraw money. We will explain not only the withdrawal method but also the withdrawal rules. The handling of virtual currency and the required address differ depending on the virtual currency exchange, so we will explain the procedure for reference only.
MEXC Global Withdrawal rules
Unlike deposits, there are restrictions on withdrawals. Please keep the following caveats in mind.
Supports only virtual currency
When making a deposit, you could also purchase virtual currency or send money using legal currency (US dollar, euro, pound, Japanese yen, etc.). However, there are strong restrictions when withdrawing money, and basically you can only withdraw money in virtual currency. Since legal currencies are not accepted, withdrawals from banks will not be possible. In order to convert into legal currency, you need to send money from MEXC to a virtual currency exchange that handles legal currency, and then go through the process of converting it into legal currency after remittance. There are over 1500 types of virtual currencies that can be withdrawn, so we handle a wide variety of them.
Time until withdrawal
Withdrawal time depends on the currency and how busy the blockchain is, but it should take at least 10 minutes to an hour. If it takes longer than that, there may be a problem, so it would be best to contact the support center. The disadvantage is that each transaction takes a very long time to process. Please check back frequently until it is fully executed.
Enter tag
The same is true for other exchanges, but depending on the type and brand of virtual currency to be withdrawn, you may be required to enter a tag when applying. The main virtual currencies that need to be filled in are XRP, EOS, and XLM. When entering the remittance address, please note that if you forget or make a mistake, you may lose your currency in the worst case scenario. Some virtual currencies may require additional information.

MEXC Global Withdrawal methods and procedures
I will explain how to actually withdraw money. In order to withdraw, you will need the receiving address of the exchange to which you want to withdraw. Therefore, please open other exchanges. Please log in first. Select “Overview” from “Wallet” on the upper right of the screen.
The screen will change, so select “Withdraw”.
Agree to the notes and select “OK”.
The remittance procedure is possible on this screen. You can choose from where it says Token. Enter the wallet address of the withdrawal destination on the right. Make no mistake here. If you make a mistake here, the remittance will fail, and if you do it poorly, the remitted amount may not be returned. Be sure to copy and paste the wallet address. Next, select an available network. Then enter the amount of virtual currency you want to withdraw. Once you have completed all the entries, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Withdrawal from MEXC is completed with the number listed in the email and two-step authentication of Google Authenticator.

Check withdrawal history
If you have applied for a withdrawal but it does not arrive at the withdrawal address, you can check by checking the withdrawal history of MEXC Global. Your withdrawal history is displayed at the bottom of the Withdrawals page, and the status is displayed so you can see what’s going on. The money will not be withdrawn immediately, so please wait until it is executed.
Withdrawal rules

No credit card withdrawals
